K-Chou, or Kitty Chou, is a pseudonym that the artist Kelly Nugent has used over a decade. In lieu of a signature, Kelly almost always signs her work with either a 'K-Chou' stamp or a hidden pawprint.

Kelly graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design in 2008. Working primarily as a three-dimensional and digital artist, Kelly also enjoys working in oils, acrylic and colored pencil. Unafraid to try new mediums and techniques, K-Chou is prone to experimentation whenever she gets the chance, leading to both some happy accidents and unfortunate mistakes.

Kelly is currently a freelance illustrator living in Grand Lake, Colorado, and working with her mother to publish their first children's book, "Never Touch A Monkey's Paw".
